Exchanges and Returns
If you are unsatisfied with a product you've purchased from our online store, you're welcome to an exchange or store credit (excluding the shipping cost). We are only able to accept exchanges for products that were purchased from our online store; if you purchased a product from our stockists, contact them directly for all exchange inquiries.

To initiate an exchange or return:
• Email our support team to initiate your exchange or return. Be sure to include your order confirmation or invoice indicating the items you would like to return.
• We will notify you via email when your return has been approved in our system including documents for you to print and include with your return
• Pack your product with the provided documents
• Mail the parcel to us at the below address and we will be in touch.

Faulty item
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, please contact our Customer Support team at brillar@tangogroupinternational.com or call 03 9555 2523 to discuss a replacement or refund. At Brillar we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact Customer Support so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Conditions
• The item must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 5 days of receipt of goods.
• The returned item is unused and with original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the product.
• For refunds on faulty items the purchase price and shipping charges will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item.
• For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest using the insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive your merchandise.
• Due to the costly nature of shipping, international orders must pay for shipping both ways.
• We reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Exchanges and Returns Policy.
• We make every attempt to present accurate information on our site and we correct any errors as we identify them. However, changes in descriptions, images, availability, and prices may occur.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
